Welcome to your first day! You are a Demi-God building a new, better, healthier world. Reorder the chaos and create a new Earth alongside your pantheon. Will you succeed or create destruction? Eco-Chambers is a remaking of the world taking place on google docs.

Eco-Chambers is an online game played in two tiers.

Tier 2: Inhabitant/Believer - Watch as the world is formed around you. Send your wishes or prayers to alter the course of evolution. Every viewing participant can affect the course of the game through the chat function during the event.

The game was developed as part of the Cabin Fever online R&D programme, run by Exit Productions. CABIN FEVER looks to find ways to collaborate and connect creatively in isolation.

Eco-Chambers marks the second annual Now Play This and A MAZE collaboration, following last year's co-commission Glyphsprache, shown concurrently at Now Play This and A MAZE 2019.

Freeze. Run. Fight. Play! Humans, like all mammals, rely on our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to respond to danger and safety in the world. But in a time when the world feels incessantly dangerous, our body has a hard time keeping up. In this participatory online playful ritual, we’ll explore how we respond to threat, and how we create safety.  Audio narration, sound, and on-screen text will guide participants through simple story-based moments to experience from home.  Together we’ll consider how our mammalian nervous systems adapted to keep us alive, and what we can learn by listening to them.
